Data processed and purposes

Through the contact form we collect your name, organisation, email address, type of organisation and the content of your message, solely to reply to your request. Legal basis: the data subject’s consent and steps taken at their request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case for no more than 24 months, unless a business relationship is established.

Providers and transfers

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., acting as data processor. Requests sent through the contact form are handled by the same provider (Netlify Forms). Any transfers to the United States take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

The site does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools. Fonts are served directly by the site, with no connections to external services. Details in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent by writing to info@42-roads.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
